My balance go negative

My balance go negative because I refund to someone who sent money to me by mistake. What should I do?

If you can’t add money to zero out the balance, the next time you make a transaction or receive payment, PayPal will offset what you owe.

I actually don’t understand. It likes I just returned money to that person, why I need to payback to Paypal. So sad 😞

When you refund a goods and services payment, the PayPal fee is not refunded by PayPal.
