Minus Balance in my account

I have Minus Balance and I got a lawyer brief for make the payment. I lost that brief and now I dont know where should I pay, what can i do? Paypal service doesnt answer..

I am sorry to hear your PayPal balance is currently negative. I know this must be concerning. To pay off your balance, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Support. They can process a payment manually over the phone.
