So I was trying to transfer funds to a friend but Paypal was constantly having the payment to be denied by the bank, and so I attempted to fix things by updating info but things still didn't work, then I decided to remove the card and update it just in case it wasn't working properly, only for during the confirmation code phase for the code to not work.
And so I tried again to use the confirmation code method but after it yet again rejected the confirmation code, the Card got removed from the wallet even though Paypal still is demanding the verification. And I neither am able to do changes because of that card being still registered but not appearing on my wallet
