If I don't have a debit card can I send from my bank account that's attached to my PayPal

I don't have a debit card for my bank account because I've had too many problems with it I attached my bank account to PayPal and I tried to send somebody money that also had PayPal and I also tried sending the resume and it it canceled my payment on PayPal trying to send it from PayPal person to PayPal person it said to link a payment method well I thought my bank account was linking a payment method I don't want to get a debit card so is there any other way I can do this
