I have my bank code now but no more inputting option

On March 27, I tried linking my card by inputting a bank code from my bank statement but I got it wrong twice. After 2days, the real code popped up but now, went I'm trying to search the input bank code option in my PayPal website account, there's no more option to place my code. Is there any way to input my bank code now in order for me to refund my 200php? Please help, thank you!

Thank you for your post.

I do understand your concern with this. When you enter the incorrect confirmation code, it can remove your card from our system and disable it. To re-enable it, please contact our customer support directly. This can be done by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. 

When your card is confirmed, the amount is refunded straight away. If you fail to confirm your card, the confirmation charge will be automatically refunded after 30 days.
