I can't remove my preferred payment card

I've been trying to remove my card from Paypal but it says that I must change the preferred card when paying online to another card, which I don't have another card at the moment, so I want to remove it for now

Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

Welcome! Sorry to hear you've run into some road-blocks removing your card. Have you tried cancelling any active subscriptions / billing agreements? That might do the trick. Otherwise, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support for further assistance.
