How can I add my Belgium account to my paypal Portugal. IBAN is not accepted.

It’s not possible to add Belgium bank account to Portugal PayPal. PayPal accounts are country specific and can pick out what country the IBAN is from.
Can only add US bank account to non-US PayPal account since PayPal is a US company.
Just in case, did you try entering IBAN without spaces?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
