Help connecting my business bank account manually into Paypal.

Help connecting my business bank account manually into Paypal. My bank has an Account ID and Username along with Password to sign in so the standard authentication process doesn't work. When I add it manually it won't connect and directs me to the support home page without any other guidance.

Can't add a virtual / digital bank if that is what you are trying to add?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble adding a bank, @PanzaRealEstate. As @Kernowlas said, you want to ensure you're not adding a virtual or digital bank. They are not compatible with PayPal. @Mohammad_Raza, we don't have a list of what specific banks will and will not work. However, if your bank is not compatible with PayPal, you'll receive an error message letting you know when you attempt to add the bank.
I have a few trouble-shooting tips to help out. When logging into your PayPal account, I recommend using one consistent device. When you receive an error message, it can help to clear your cache and cookies. You may also want to try a different browser or even our PayPal Mobile App. If you still encounter difficulties, allow 48 hours between attempts. If you still can't add the bank after 48 hours, you can reach out to Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
