Error when sending funds again

Hello all . . . Saturday and Sunday I was unable to transfer crypto to a third party investment fund.  I did post as a response to someone else who got the same error. I kept getting an error telling me the transaction couldn't be completed at that moment. It went on for two days then, today I was able to transfer my funds successfully. I waited and hour . . . I purchased more crypto (Bitcoin to be exact) and I went on to transfer the funds I just purchased and now I am getting the error again. An hour before everything went through fine now it will not.  Why does this keep happening?

 

Can anyone help get this resolved?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've been running into intermittent issues when purchasing Crypto through PayPal. I'd start with the information in this Help Center article: Why was my payment declined?

The person who replied isn’t understand the issue. He can purchase it he just can’t send it to other wallets. I’m having exact same issue. It’ll work one day then stop for 2 days.
