Can I link a debit card under a different name and transfer my paypal funds to that debit card via instant transfer? Paypal account is originally a PH account,im currently in Dubai and being paid thru paypal, i want to transfer my paypal funds to my wifes Local Debit card here in UAE. Is that possible even if the name is not the same?
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
