Can I link a debit card under a different name and transfer my paypal funds to that debit card via instant transfer? Paypal account is originally a PH account,im currently in Dubai and being paid thru paypal, i want to transfer my paypal funds to my wifes Local Debit card here in UAE. Is that possible even if the name is not the same? TIA
