I replaced my card with an exact same type of card but a new number, and it's getting declined from PayPal, although I am using this card for other online purchases. I tried a different card but it's the same issue.
Based in Dubai, UAE. I've been using PayPal for years and I never faced this before. I tried linking the card using different browsers, devices and even the app. always declined.
