Credit card method disappears

Credit card method disappears after marking address as not applicable I tried to relink ut say we added your payment method but cannot use it right now

I understand that you are concerned about the credit card payment method disappeared. Please be informed that missing cards during checkout might be due to the seller not accepting the kind of card (usually debit cards) or the currency of the purchase is not available for your card.
