Could not link my Paysera bank account with Paypal

I have been trying to link my bank account with PayPal several times, my credit card is already linked with it, 
but whenever I try with bank I'm getting the following message : 

"This account needs a little help to link it. Contact us and we can help with that, or you can link a different account."

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm unsure if Paysera bank accounts can be linked to your PayPal account, however I was able to find a few resources you may find useful:
