Cant add commerzbank prepaid card

Hello, I live in germany and I have a commerzbank prepaid card that I want to add to my paypal account, I created the paypal account in germany and whenever I try to add my card I get this message "right now, we are not able to complete this transaction", I tried using chrome browser and mobile app both give me same result

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! I understand your concern about add a Prepaid card. Please be informed that Prepaid cards are not be compatible with the PayPal system. You can certainly link local bank account to add and withdraw funds. Also, can add Cards (Visa, Amex, Discovery and MasterCard only) and bank as funding source in your country.
