Cannot Add my bank card to my account which usually worked

Hi! I usually had no problems to add my debit card to my account. But, somehow today I cannot add my debit card again. It keeps saying I must view my details again meanwhile it is correct. There is cash in the bank card. Can you please help me urgently?

Why would you remove it once added?

You can add a card to a paypal account 3 times only.
