AARP changed credit cards to members on 9/20/21 from Chase Visa to Barclays Mastercard. There was wide spread chaos from Barclays on 9/20/21 but the problems were supposed to be resolved. Netflix and Amazon accepted my new card but Paypal continues to "decline" my card. Has any other AARP member had this issue?
