Can't link a new card to my account, even after inserting correct CSC code

After I try to link my new card to my paypal account (and after I insert the CSC card security code) this message appears: your card is still linked to your paypal account but you can't use it for purchases until you confirm that you're the owner, I tried multiple times with the correct data and is always the same. I would appreciate if someone could help me on this matter. I tried on the PC with Firefox and Google Chrome.

Is the billing address / name on the card the same as those details on your Paypal account?

Secondly have you confirmed it with the 4 digit code as per link.

Thanks for the reply. The billing address is the same but I haven't looked for the 4 digit code yet because I don't even see my card listed in the wallet in my account. What can I do next?

Hi everyone, welcome to the PayPal Community! Thanks @kernowlass for your help solving this thread. We appreciate it!

@eskomersic I'm sorry to hear you're still running into some issues seeing your card on PayPal. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams to see what options are available to get your card active on your PayPal account.

My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause,
