I linked my card, it can't confirm that it's mine. I went to my card chat support, asked them, they said that sometimes it does not recognize VISA card, so I had to refresh and try to link it again. It's still the same result! I wanted to ask the PayPal support. Then, I saw this community and so here I am. \
Anyone can help?

You haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately we can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

Welcome @annvius111, I'm sorry you're running into some issues confirming you're the card owner. Is it that your card does not have a verification number? If so, your credit card must have a card verification number (also known as a card security code) to be used with PayPal.
