Bug: Card currency was automatically changed and won't change back

Hi!

I just ran into a major bug:

All of a sudden PayPal switched the currency of my card to USD instead of EURO.

On my next transaction I was billed for the exchange from EURO to USD even though the transaction should have been in EURO.

When I set the currency of my card back to EURO in the PayPal app it still displays USD.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear there's been some confusion regarding a recent transaction charged on your card. When you send money using your Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX, the amount charged to your card will normally be charged in your local currency if the local currency is supported by PayPal. Since it sounds like there has been an issue with the currency that was charged on your card, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
