Bank account removed

Hi i received an email saying that my bank account is removed because of my Adresse is not matching my bank information, and a transaction was faild however all the transactions i made was successful then I checked and it's confirmed that the billing Adresse is the same as my bank account Can you help me please

Sure the email was from paypal and not a spoof?

Why not check with c.s.?

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Thank you for you response, and Yes,I logged into my account and the bank account was removed, I tried to contact them via Facebook and live chat and it doesn't seem to work ,I'm going keep trying and hopefully they will fix the situation
