Bank account confirmation

I have a business account in paypal and I already linked my bank account almost 2 years ago and confirmed it. I have been receiving payments without any trouble for the past year. But recently, I have a pending transaction and I contacted customer service and they said I need to confirm my business account again.

 

I did the steps they sent me. Uploaded all the necessary documents and encoded all information. When I follow up my concern about the verification of my account they said that I needed to confirm my bank account. There is no option or button where I can confirm my bank account so I removed and linked my bank account again but still no "confirm bank account" button.

 

What should I do? Please I really need help because the transaction had a time limit and will be automatically refunded to the client. I've been asking the customer service but they just give me the same steps over and over again.
