Adding a bank account in Austria to my Paypal accont

Hello everyone, am trying to add my Austrian bank account to my PayPal acoout since 3 weeks but it is always not possible, simply I get a small red window telling my that the website/App facing troubles currently. My bank account is for sure not connected to another PayPal account.
