i want send some money to one new receipt, but system don`t let me do that

system message is: Your account is not supported for this action.

i have this problem only with this email

what can i do?

Could be problem with recipient’s account. They may not be able to accept friends and family (ie. Israel, India, Saudi Arabia, etc) or cannot accept goods and service payments (ie. Ukraine, Nigeria, etc) or they need to adjust their settings
