unable to complete transactions due to frozen card

so ive been unable to use my paypal balance when making transactions online because i need to have a card linked that isnt frozen. Is there any way i can use my paypal balance without needing a card? (my card is frozen because i got locked out of my bank account and i havent called them to fix it yet)

You can sometimes make a few transactions with just a balance but then Paypal would request you to verify your paypal account by adding a confirmed bank account or card.

If you are trying to use your balance then make sure its cleared and not on hold + in the correct currency.

Also do this........

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in the balance option.
