"Things don't appear to be working right now"

My PayPal account isn't allowing me to withdraw money all of a sudden! and the PayPal customer service is busy since yesterday! can't reach them at all! is there a common problem nowadays or is it just me and it's my visa card problem?

Old account and have been using the same visa card several times, suddenly not working!

Did you confirm the card after adding it?

Is the billing address of the card in the same name exactly as your paypal account address?

If you are using the manual transfer and not auto transfer then do you have the $5 fee in your balance?

Are you under the $500 amount for a manual transfer?
