paypal email address changed after receiving money

Hello, unfortunately I have fallen victim to identity theft at Kleinanzeigen. I sent money for a product to an email address registered with PayPal - yes, I paid via friends because the communication went very well. The money was sent immediately to this email address without any complaints. I logged into the PayPal app minutes later and suddenly saw a different name and email address on my transaction. The payment went to a gmx.com address - it then suddenly became a full profile with first and last name and an email from google.com - and when I sent a cent to the original email address to test it, it said that account can't receive money because it's not a PayPal account. What happened there? Is it possible to change identities so quickly with PayPal? My transaction now points to a different account. Apart from the fact that PayPal friends don't lift a finger anyway. how does that work?

Since the same scam starts up again almost daily on kleinanzeigen, I can now provide more information.

This time I sent 1 cent per paypal protected to a new email address of the ‘seller’.
PayPal says that the account is not set up and the owner of the email address cannot receive the money. At the same time (!!!), the ‘seller’ asks me why I only sent 1 cent.
If I now send 1 cent via friends and family to same (!!!) email, the money goes through as a transaction without a note, but ends up in a different account (PayPal email) than the one originally specified.

Were you able to get your money back?

Same thing happened to me, paypal is not cooperative at all and refuse to even admit something went wrong.
