I cannot add new, or change my email address

I have only 2 email, but when i create or change my old email, it keep saying: "You've reached your new email limit"

Thanks for your answer, but i think you're misunderstood. I have only 2 email address, and i know that the maximum email that i can have are 6. My account only have 2, but i still cannot add and change the old email.
