Payment on hold

Hi I’m new on PayPal community and I wanted to know how I can claim my pending payment paid by my client. Thanks .

We understand your concern regarding receiving your payment and the release from hold. Log in to your account and click on Know your options under PayPal balance, to see if you can help release your payments on hold. You may be able to release payments on hold by following the steps mentioned in the PayPal balance page and in the article. Also, refer the help centre article to know the reasons to hold your payment. For further query, kindly reach out to our customer support. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the Contact option at the bottom of PayPal page.

Can you confirm the status ie pending or on hold in your paypal account and is there a clearance date and what currency is it? Is it pending on your paypal account or the senders? If the senders then does it say unclaimed at all?

I’ve received the notification that money has been sent by my client. PayPal already deducted charges. Now my balance still shows $0 and beside it showing the amount on hold as ‘Money on hold’. I don’t know how to release it into my account. Tried Contact center but still no help.

If its on HOLD and not PENDING as you said earlier then read the moderators reply above.
