Refund from PayPal is showing as a deduction on my credit card statement

Hi everyone, so over the weekend I was unfortunately a victim of a scammer who purported to be selling me a product that they, as it turns out, did not have. I only found out they were a scammer after sending my payment... Thankfully I was adamant about using PayPal G&S for this exact purpose... To be able to retrieve my payment in the event they weren't a legitimate seller. As expected, PayPal has been wonderful and immediately refunded the amount of money back to my credit card right after filing a dispute.

However, upon logging into my online banking, I notice the "refund" is listed as a deduction. Instead of + the amount i'm being refunded, it's showing as ANOTHER deduction of the same amount... Is this a mistake/a glitch? I'm unsure of what to do. Whether I should call PayPal or if this is just an electronic glitch that happens and will resolve. Let me know what I should do. Thanks!

On my credit card statement any payments made by me to reduce my balance OR refunds credited in always have a minus by them as the amount is being deducted from the amount I 'owe' in my balance.
