PAYMENT DEDUCTED BY BANK BUT NOT SHOWING IN ACCOUBT ACTIVITY NEITHER RECEIVED BY SUPPLIER

Dear Team, Recently we did a payment to Mr Maogen of $210. The transaction was deducted twice , my local bank charged me $420, but it is not showing in my account activity,nor the supplier has received the payment. Please kindly help into this matter. My local master card has deducted me the amount. Please kindly help me Thanks and Regards Ebrahim

If its not showing on your paypal account at all and not been received by the merchant then talk to your card issuer.

Dear Sir, Thanks for your reply We checked with our local bank they said it was sent to paypal I also checked my activity it is saying payment sent to paypal. But it is not appearing in my account activity neither supplier has received such transaction. Please help Thanks
