payment method not showing when I try to send or pay

When I try to pay for item it us usually Takes you to a screen to choose your payment method all I get is click here to add ur debit or credit card

So which funding sources do you have added?

Are they confirmed with the 4 digit code?

Payment methods are confirmed and I set the card is default online payment everything on my end looks fine it just when I hit pay now it goes to a second screen it asks weather it’s for friends or not then it goes to the screen where it will let you choose the payment type u wanna use on my account it takes me to a screen to add a debit or credit

Sorry to hear that you've run into some issues while making a purchase. Each time you attempt to make a payment using PayPal, it goes through series of filters for possible risk. If the system deems risk, it may limit the payment options or temporarily block the activity. Have you verified your PayPal account? If not, please verify your PayPal account before initiating the transactions to avoid the risk. 

If your account is already verified, please try to complete the payment at a later date by clearing cache, cookies, history etc. or using a different browser/device.
