I understand that you want to know the time frame for international transactions. If a payment was paid by bank, a payment to the receiver completes instantly because we fund this on customer's behalf and wait for the bank transaction to clear which takes up to 5-7 business days. You can learn more about sending money using PayPal here. If the payment is processed as an eCheck, it usually takes 5 business days to clear from the bank, but in some cases, it may take longer to reach recipients account.
