I understand you'd like to learn how to add money to your PayPal balance. At this time, PayPal accounts in Slovenia are unable to add money to the PayPal balance. This includes having money sent from outside sources, like your bank. If it were attempted, the payment would be rejected. However, you can still receive Goods & Services and Friends & Family payments. You can learn more about receiving money on PayPal here.
