i wanr to send money with my paypal balance not my visa

so i'm trying to send money but it always give me the options to send money from my visa there's no option for paypal balance and when i got to paypment to choose a preffered way to pay it only shows me my cards no paypal balance option

i really need to fix this asap 😞
