Can’t transfer from bank to PayPal balance

I am new with PayPal I am trying to add money to my PayPal balance think its a PayPal debit card From my capital one debit card I been trying by the app and tried from the web both ways stay have a issue try later I have looked and it shows my bank is confirmed checking and shows my debit cards info also Have only tried to do the fast in seconds request Don’t care to wait 3 days to do use bank account rather have it transferred I. Sec to my PayPal balance Please help zthanhd

Have you set up a 'balance' account to hold a balance? If not then you may not be able to add funds yet.

To open a balance account you have to accept your first payment OR open a credit product with paypal ie paypal debit card.

However as a buyer you never need funds in your Paypal balance.
Paypal will automatically take the payment from any confirmed bank account or card (whichever is eligible in your country) during the payment process.
