Seeing as quickbooks doesn't offer a lifetime version, I would be highly suspect of that site.  My guess, you pay, they give you a code that works for 60 days then quits working.  I would steer well clear of that as it sets off red flags everywhere.  If it does indeed work for ever, then the software is a cracked version and is illegal to sell, either way, it's dangerous.  If it is cracked, it means that someone removed the need for serial number/subscription checks. BUT, they could have also added something that reports everything you enter into it.

In a word, "NO".  There are too many red flags, I would walk away.

Also be careful, that site says "subscription" and "lifetime Use".  Well, which is it a sub or a one time payment.  If it's a subscription, expect to get hit with $130/month.  Way too risky to even chance it as the information presented on that site is NOT reflected on the Quickbooks site.

Even more towards the don't do this side of the discussion.
