Can u tell me if there is any conversion fees that i will pay if i was transfering money from my paypal balance (USD) to a dollar account in my local bank here in Oman? (they will both be in USD but i heard they still take conversion fees..)
Withdrawals to bank accounts are always in local currency.
To withdraw to a U.S bank account it has to be a bank account opened in the U.S as you can't withdraw to a digital/virtual bank account like Wise or Payoneer OR a USD currency account unfortunately.
