It’s to make the apps money by making us watch advertisement I don’t mind but pay us

How can we get PayPal to stop the games that are suppose to pay into our PayPal account but they don't.  We play the game and watch all of the stupid commercials that someone is making a small fortune with. When it comes time for the game to pay out, funny! Has anyone ever received a real payout to there paypal account?
