I played all kinds of paypal games but when it was time for me to cash out the money never reach my paypal account yet. All together my total for my paypal account was $3,642.14.

Make sure you read all the fine print and rules. Once I didn't get rewarded because the interactions said to finish the tutorial which I had skipped by choice so therefore I wasn't given anything. Just a thought. But I have also played and never got paid on games
