Hello. I got such a message from freelancer.com. country Azerbaijan


 

You attempted to withdraw funds from your account but were unsuccessful.

Please contact PayPal Support for more information before attempting another withdrawal.

Log in to your PayPal account and click Contact Us.


Withdrawal method: PayPal

Amount: 131.14 USD

Transaction ID:


Note to users in India: Before you withdraw funds to a PayPal account registered in India, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) needs you to update your PayPal account by going to http://www.paypal-apac.com/india/.

Additionally PayPal users in India cannot receive more than US$3,000, per transaction, for export-related goods or services. If you are withdrawing more than that, create additional withdrawal requests. For clarification contact PayPal Support, above.

The same issue with transfer. PayPal doesn’t say anything at all, Freelancer.com support says the issue on PayPal’s side

Thanks for visiting the PayPal Community, and welcome! 

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulty with receiving payments. It looks like you're from Ukraine, and accounts registered in Ukraine are only able to receive Friends & Family payments. Payments sent through the Freelancer website would be Goods & Services transactions and are incompatible with your account. 

I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and I hope this clears up any confusion.
