i cand do anything on paypal. when i try to apply for debit card or savings i get a spinning wheel and a page that refreshes every 3-5 seconds, but i can make do with just a pp balance acc, my main issue on the cash a check page it just says "account verification is under way. please check in later". and this has been happening for 3 days. i wouldnt be freaking out so much if it hadnt already asked me to VOID MY PAYCHECK and give proof, before not cashing it. i paid to recieve my check into my pp balance in 2 days. the check is a US Treasury check with my name on it. as far as i can tell paypal has verified my account, I've got my debit card and bank linked to pp, but nothing is working.
