cant get the withdraw

i have a withdraw from website named tremendous from 22 august and I haven't received it yet , when i asked the website support they said the problem from paypal because they return the money so why?

Well it states to receive funds in your country you need to add a visa credit card and confirm it so have you added one?

Then why not do so, then you would be able to receive funds.

It clearly states it in the link so not sure what's so hard to understand?
