Hi,

Need help with removing old address from paypal business account, cannot see in account however when doing transaction there is a list of addresses i want to remove ?

Hi @btssn,

Thank you for your first post in the community! I wanted to add some information to what was offered by @KamalGangu that might also be helpful.

If the addresses are not showing up in your account profile, that would mean they were entered in a merchant's checkout. They will show up in other merchants' checkouts, but will not be seen in your profile if they were not added directly from your PayPal account. In order to remove any hidden addresses, you can contact Customer Service for help. If the addresses do show in your profile, however, please follow the instructions given in the previous post.
