Hey it's me. I have solved the issue, my account was by accident opened in another country, thus I had to close that account and transfer the funds to another one. Everything was solved promtly. Thank you.

I have the same issue, neither automatic nor manual transfer from my PayPal account to my Visa debit card was successful today, the status of the transaction is Denied
Note that I had successfully automatically received funds from my PayPal account to the same Visa debit card exactly 1 month ago
What is the issue?
I am tired navigating through the confusing website in order to find a solution, or just a way to get in touch with a customer support agent to help me on my case, PayPal is a headache
