You will see the funds and any fees reflected back in your PayPal balance. If your card has not been updated in a while, please update your card information and try again. Or, you may also select a different account to transfer your funds to. This is the email I get from paypal. Could this be due to my card? Meaning that my card is blocking something or could it still be technical issues from Paypal? Has this been resolved for anyone by waiting it out? And if I need to contact someone shall I first check with my bank? Please help and thank you.
