Your Account May Only Be Used to Send Money

Hello! How to set up the ability to create payment invoices? Looks like this option is disabled for me.

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

However the friends/family option is not available in every country so not all countries will be able to send you funds.

Thank you for your answer, but I was asking about something else. I can make payments through Pay Pal, but I cannot create invoices for payment.

Well I did answer your question.

You can't raise an invoice because an invoice is requesting payment for goods/services.

And again you can't sell using a Ukrainian paypal account its against paypal rules. You can only recieve ''friends/family'' payments ie gifts of money sent using the friends/family option IF the sender has that option on the paypal account of their country.

Selling is not possible with a Ukrainian paypal account so you would not be able to raise an invoice / money request OR ask someone to pay you using the goods/services option. Try reading the link I posted?
