One thing that has been very helpful in Paypal until recently was, if you clicked the link in a "Payment Received" e-mail that said "Transaction ID", that would bring you directly to the individual payment/order in Paypal.
It doesn't do that anymore. When you click the transaction ID link in the e-mail, it just brings you to the "Transactions" overview in Paypal, with the laundry list of transactions. I get quite a lot of transactions every day and it can be hard to find the individual transaction, especially if you received it some time ago.
I wonder why they changed that? It seems to make more sense to have, in the e-mail, a link that brings you right to that payment in paypal. Can Paypal fix this?
