Service is soo bad now.. I made a purchase that got lost so the seller refunded me. Its supposed to go to my account ina few hours but now they're holding it and transferring it to my bank account which takes up to 7 days. This might seem like a normal issue but I'm not supposed to get a ton o f refund for purchases in my bank it looks like I am making more money than I'm supposed to. Customer chats are ignoring my questions and giving me fake answers and making it harder for me to get my money back. I tried to report the issue and it wont let me. So I looked for disputes and it wont let me. I'm not sure what to do I don't like talking on the phone but they are messing up soo many things for me.
