Why can't I use my bank account if I have no limitations on my account?

Paypal says I can't use my bank account that has been successful before. No reason why. I have tried checking limitations on my account. Nothing appears to be wrong. How can I find out why I can't use my bank account?

Hello @kcharles10 and @kernowlass,
Thanks for posting in the Community!
If I understand correctly, it sounds like you're trying to send a Friends & Family payment using your bank account or withdraw. Is that correct? If so, I'm sorry you're being required to use your card, which does charge a fee in these situations. I recommend double-checking that your bank account has been confirmed and that your PayPal account is verified. If so, when you log in, please ensure that you're using one consistent device with your location services turned on. You might be encountering our Security System, which reviews all transactions for risk. If it finds higher-than-average risk, it can limit the available payment methods. For a few more troubleshooting steps, please visit this Help Center article.
I hope you're able to use your bank account soon! If you still aren't able to, you can contact Customer Support here.
